8 BEDROOM 4 BATH 3,400 SF SLEEPS 16 POOL/SPA-TUB 1-2 NIGHT MIN
This beautiful 8-bedroom 4-bathroom 3,400 square foot home was originally built by LPGA Tour Player Beverly Hanson, and sits on the Indian Springs Golf Course at the 11th Fairway. Beverly loved golf, and loved to entertain, and this home continues to embrace her vision.
It is also now beautifully remodeled and furnished in the Mid-Century Modern style that is so popular in the area.
The upstairs has a large and well appointed kitchen with gas range and double stove, kitchen bartop for 3, dining table for up to 12 people, and gorgeous Cambria Quartz bar for 6.
The living room has 2 couches, 2 chairs, a bench, and a hanging mid-century bubble chair! It also features a gorgeous stacked-stone wall with modern electric fireplace and 55″ flat-screen TV (with cable, netflix, amazon, and hundreds of DVDs).
Huge 25′ sliding glass doors connect the inside to the large deck with grill and outdoor dining area for up to 16, all overlooking a private newly remodeled pool, tanning shelf, and spa in the backyard. The home and backyard sit directly on the Golf Course.
In addition to the living/dining area upstairs also features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the master bedroom overlooking the pool with it’s own exterior sliding glass doors.
Downstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a wet bar with seating for 3, and a card table for 4. 2 of the bedrooms and the bar area open to an outdoor walkway, with easy access to the pool area and backyard.
All bedrooms have 40″ flatscreen TVs. There is also a 55″ flatscreen TV in the living room, and all of them have cable, netflix, etc.
The private back yard features a large pool, tanning shelf with just 18″ of water great for lounging, and built-in Spa Tub. The pool was redone, and tanning shelf and Spa Tub added in 2016. There are 8 lounge chairs and a large hammock near the pool, plus additional chairs and an umbrella which are perfect for sitting in the shallow end (tanning shelf) of the pool!
The yard/pool area have a gate that opens out right onto the Golf Course. You can even flag down the Snack Golf Cart that drives around the course, and have them drive in the gate to serve you food and beverages poolside.

Beautiful, spacious and accommodating!
We used the home for a group of 13 29-30 year old women on a holiday weekend from the east coast. Weather was great, house was spacious and well set up for everyone to have their own space…. we couldn’t have asked for more. Owner and the property managers were kind, helpful and on time. Would return again. –M S.

Respite from the rain
Our small business annual retreat at this wonderful house, looking forward to some desert weather in the middle of winter. Instead, our average drive from Los Angeles was over 5 hours due to heavy rainstorms. Nevertheless, we were greeted warmly when we arrived, and made to feel welcome from the get-go. I have used HomeAway several times in the past, with mixed experiences, and this one definitely tops the list. Sometimes there aren’t enough towels, or the pots have no lids, or there’s no welcome book to explain how the thermostat works. In this case, all of our needs and questions were anticipated. Not only was the high-tech entertainment system explained to us in depth, it was also reiterated in the welcome book in case we forgot. The bedrooms were warm, a nice bonus in the rain, and the gathering space (living room/dining room/kitchen) was big and comfortable enough to host all 13 of us. We never wanted for towels, sheets, or paper supplies, and there were enough dishes and cookware to feed a group of 13 several times. We didn’t get to use the pool, but gazed admiringly at it through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Parking was a bit of an issue, as the neighborhood is quiet and secluded, and frowns upon street parking. Some of us had to park a ways away, so plan accordingly if you have more cars than will fit in the driveway. (John, the owner, is friendly and responsive and will direct you to options.) The best part of this house, however, was the game room in the garage. After a day of business, we all needed to blow off steam; ping pong tournaments and basketball contests were just the ticket. For all this, I was amazed at the reasonable price. I have paid much more than this for houses that left me regretting my choice. My group will definitely be returning here for more retreats! –Angela K.

Perfect for Golfers and Groups!
Great design and layout…travelled with a few friends for a golf day in the desert. Right on the golf course, with fantastic views. Loved the hot tub and tanning shelf. Enjoyed relaxing in the evening grilling and dining on the deck. I will definitely be back. –Bryn H., Oceanside
